**We will not refuse a pre-paid health plan to someone with pre-existing conditions.**
3 Basic Plans to Fit Any Budget
We offer three basic plans that offer a significant discount over our already reasonable prices:
1) Family Plan: $850/year for first adult; $450/year for second adult; $250/year for first child; $250/year for second child; $100/year for each additional child
2) Individual Plan: $850/year for one adult
3) Economy: $500/year for one adult
Plans may be paid for on an affordable, monthly draft basis.
Our Pre-Paid Health Plans Include:
- 6-12 visits per year to our Albuquerque urgent care clinics
- Coverage for labs, x-rays, procedures, supplies and medicines that we can perform or supply you with in office. (This does not include labs, medicine or diagnostic tests that must be referred out-of-office. This also does not include medication for chronic health problems.)

- Children’s Vaccinations
- Sports Physicals
- Pre-Employment Physicals and Drug Tests
- CDL Exams
- Flight Physicals
- Referrals to Specialists
- Your Own Personal Portable Medical Record
- Pre-Operative Evaluations

- Significant discounts for procedures and diagnostic studies that are not covered in our plan and negotiated for you directly by our providers.
